Historic Tax Credits

Historic Preservation Tax Credits are available for the rehabilitation of qualifying historic structures.  Historic tax credits are offered by the State and Federal Government. Go Zone legislation increased the federal historic tax credit from 20 to 26 percent which may be combined with the state historic tax credit of 25 percent, for a total credit of 51 percent.
